Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts.
What You Will Do
Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans. Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes. Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Peripheral IV certification
- CPR/BLS certification
