Role Overview

Everyday Allies Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced RN Supervisor to join our growing home care team in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding service areas. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality, individualized care in their homes.

What You Will Do

You will conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, develop and update Plans of Care, supervise in-home caregivers, and monitor client needs to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations. You will also coordinate client services with families, healthcare providers, and other agencies, and participate in weekend or holiday on-call coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize and respond to changes in client condition
  • Commitment to accurate and timely documentation
  • Knowledge of infection control, exposure to body fluids, hazardous materials, and workplace safety
  • Professional, dependable, compassionate, and able to work effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and agency leadership
