Role OverviewThe RN Supervisor will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team. Responsibilities include providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff, coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans, delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers, and promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers, supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination, and partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care.

Requirements
