Role OverviewThe Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for resident care on an assigned unit. This role supervises licensed nurses and direct care staff, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and promotes resident-centered care consistent with facility philosophy and standards of nursing practice.
What You Will Do
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance on assigned unit, ensure care plans are implemented and updated based on resident needs, monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, respond to resident/family concerns, and support survey readiness and quality assurance activities.

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN license in Michigan
- 2+ years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
