Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a long-term care setting
- 3-5 years of long-term care experience with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and long-term care regulations
- Leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and mentor staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
