Job Description
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing resident care throughout the continuum of services in a long‐term care setting.

Requirements

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long‐term care, skilled nursing, or care management
  • Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and long‐term care compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‐solving abilities
