Role OverviewVNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles. Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 32 - 40 hours from 8a-4:30p. Territory: Randolph, Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Marshfield, Bridgewater, Norwell. Hull, Braintree.

Provide home health care services to patients and their families.
