What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supervising clinical care, assessing residents/patients, performing rounds, providing direct patient care, and communicating with staff and physicians. The supervisor will also participate in facility surveys, develop discharge plans, and ensure a sufficient nursing staff is available for each shift.

Requirements
- Clear and active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice
- One (1+) year of nursing experience
- Prior Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Sub-Acute Care nursing experience a plus, or nursing leadership experience from a related setting
- COVID-19 vaccination required
