Role OverviewDelivers patient care through the nursing process, administers medications, and maintains patient records. Assists in charge nurse role, demonstrates proficiency in computerized nursing informatics, and participates in staff meetings.

Assesses patient needs, initiates plan of care, and communicates with allied providers. Maintains documentation, adheres to safety policies, and evaluates patient care.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN
- Basic Life Support certification
- CCHC Psychiatric Pharmacology Exam (pass prior to start date)
- Completion of an approved De-escalation Certification Course (obtain within 30 days)
