Job Description
Roaming Maintenance Techs within Fairway Management play a key role in the organization by providing support at a regional level and filling in to perform routine maintenance duties, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs. This role involves regular travel, daily maintenance, and preparation for state and investor inspections.
Requirements
High School diploma or the equivalent
5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience
HVAC EPA Type II Certification
HVAC EPA 608 Universal Certification
Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems
