Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coffee Roaster to join our 1st shift operations at the Kerry Bethlehem facility. This role is the first step in our coffee processing line, responsible for transforming green coffee beans into roasted beans ready for production.
What You Will Do
Operate a 280 kg coffee roaster, transfer roasted beans to designated silos, monitor roasting parameters, perform routine cleaning of roasting equipment, maintain accurate records, and safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or coffee roasting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Familiarity with HMI systems and industrial equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
