Role OverviewThe Robot Operator is responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding equipment according to established procedures. This role requires interpreting blueprints and drawings, adjusting robot settings to specifications, and ensuring accurate, quality production.
What You Will Do
Review work orders and shop drawings, set up workstations and equipment, perform dry runs, operate the robotic welding system, inspect completed work, and sign off on operations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in a shop environment with robotic and plasma cutting equipment. They should be able to read and interpret shop drawings, have basic math skills, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
