Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant to support the daily operations, maintenance, and preparations of our delivery robots. This part-time and weekend-based role is the perfect starting point for individuals looking to build a career in robotics and electro-mechanical assembly.
What You Will Do
As a Robot Service Technician Assistant, you'll prepare robots for the shift, put robots/batteries on chargers, clean robots, perform mechanical repairs, perform service campaigns, assist remote support coordinators, perform calibrations and wheel alignment, and keep the workshop clean and tidy.

Requirements
- Experience with mechanical and electrical tools, including measuring equipment
- Proficiency in assembling and disassembling products, installing custom electronic modules, and working with AC/DC currents
- Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings
- Soldering skills (a plus)
- Ability to lift and move items exceeding 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license (MVR must be clean for the last 12 months)
- Comfortable working in field settings; no CDL required
- Attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
