As a Quality Engineer at Matic, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our autonomous home robots meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering, ideally in consumer electronics, robotics, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) and testing techniques
  • Analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis, failure mode analysis (FMEA), and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with tools like statistical software, CAD, or quality management systems; familiarity with robotics hardware or software is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, balancing technical expertise with clear communication
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless products
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
