Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities. This role will be working predominately in Jacksonville, FL and south surrounding areas such as St. Augustine, FL.
What You Will Do
Collect field data utilizing GPS and a variety of surveying instruments. Produce field notes and sketches depicting accurate field conditions. Utilize a variety of technology to collaborate with other departments.

Requirements
- Valid Florida State Driver’s License required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Exposure to surveying instruments and processing survey data for 6 months required.
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain required.
- Ability to work in the field for extended periods of time required.
- Ability to work independently as a single crew member.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- High degree of attention to detail required.
