Role OverviewWaste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers to deliver and empty large containers for commercial customers. The role requires a professional, experienced, hardworking, and dedicated individual who can work with a team to accomplish the task. The driver will be responsible for providing a distinguishably different level of service through courteous and expeditious customer service.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include securing containers, operating compaction and lift equipment, performing daily pre and post trip inspections, and maintaining a clean truck. The driver will also be responsible for answering customer questions and directing them to contact Customer Service or Sales Representative for additional information.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, team-oriented, and love a challenge. They will have a clean driving record, a Class A or B CDL valid for the state, and be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch, and supervisors.
Requirements
- Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices
- Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
- See in the normal visual range with or without correction
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Maintain written records and service responses
