Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator to operate heavy equipment for earthwork projects. The roller operator is responsible for compacting earth fills, subgrade, flexible base, and other materials, and performs daily equipment inspections and follows safety policies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety
  • Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
  • Ability to grade to elevations and tolerances
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
