Job Description
Lead a team through supervision, training, and coaching to deliver a quality roof decking system to customers. Ensure equipment is in good working condition and promote teamwork in construction projects with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Supervise the entire roof decking process and team
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects
  • Conduct on-site safety meetings and ensure all safety protocols are being followed
  • Supervise, train and coach crew members and subcontractors
  • Communicate with the superintendent and office support personnel
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are used in the proper manner and properly maintained
  • Maintain an accurate equipment & materials inventory
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
