Role OverviewWe're looking for a Roofer / Roofing Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX. The role involves inspecting roofing systems, diagnosing leaks, and performing repairs, replacements, and installations. You'll work on residential and commercial roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat or low-slope roofing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include inspecting roofing systems, diagnosing leaks, performing roof repairs, replacements, and installations, removing existing or damaged roofing materials, and installing and repairing roofing components.

Requirements
- Previous roofing, construction, or related skilled-trade experience preferred
- 1–3+ years of roofing experience preferred for experienced technician-level candidates
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems, roof repair, leak detection, flashing, and roofing installation techniques
- Commercial roofing or low-slope roofing experience is a plus
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs with varying heights and pitches
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred
- Ability to travel to roofing job sites throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area
