Roofing Project Manager

As a Roofing Project Manager at Gunner, you'll oversee all aspects of execution, ensuring contracts are delivered flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll manage subcontractors, safeguard quality, ensure safety compliance, and deliver a remarkable customer experience from start to finish.

What You Will Do

Serve as the on-site expert, leader, and primary communicator for assigned projects. Coordinate with dispatch, procurement, and customer success teams to keep projects running smoothly. Supervise and lead subcontractors and crews, ensuring safety, teamwork, discipline, and high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• 2+ years in construction project management or site supervision with direct customer interaction
• Hands-on experience in residential construction; experience with roofing, siding, and/or window and door installation is ideal
• Proven ability to deliver 5-star experiences to clients
• Strong skills in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and managing performance
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and DocuSign
• Ability to manage schedules using a digital calendar
• Understanding of contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditions
• Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• OSHA certifications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and demonstrated adherence to company safety standards
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
