Role OverviewThe roofing project manager will coordinate work schedules with clients and subcontractors and inform subcontractors and property owners of any changes to the schedule. The roofing project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
What You Will Do
Install roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost-effective manner. Monitor job progress and control costs. Resolve problems and issues that may arise – including both technical and contractual.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Extensive experience in the design, construction, and current codes applicable to roofing systems for residential and commercial applications is a must. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the design, construction, and current codes applicable to roofing systems for residential and commercial applications
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability of six days a week, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
