Job Description
We create memories worth repeating at Dollywood Resorts, seeking a Room Attendant who embodies our mission, values, and culture, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability of our unique offerings.

Requirements

  • Properly cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and other areas as designed according to standards
  • Maintains a clean and neat workspace at all times
  • Replaces guest room amenities and linens as necessary
  • Reports all maintenance issues to room inspector
  • Keeps housekeeping cart stocked appropriately and clean
  • Assists with special projects when assigned
  • Reports and delivers lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office
  • Aids guests in a friendly, genuine and courteous manner
  • Completes deep cleans of guest rooms when assigned
  • Keeps vacuum bags and filters changed regularly, and reports any damage to maintenance
  • Assists with maintaining cleanliness of public areas and back of house areas
