Role OverviewAs a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will perform daily service to each guest room, evening turndown service, and prepare guestrooms for new arrivals. You will adhere to Forbes Five-Star standards as well as AAA Five-Diamond standards in each task you are assigned.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas, monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities, reporting lost and found items, replenishing supplies and equipment, and communicating with guests and Housekeeping staff.

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience of one year
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good to excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
