Job Description
Room Attendant to provide excellent customer service to hotel guests by changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.

Requirements

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
  • Be familiar with all hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
