Room Attendant responsible for daily ownership and operational execution of Housekeeping Department, including cleaning and servicing guest rooms, common areas, and performing laundry duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with guests and housekeeping staff
  • Teamwork and ability to perform daily tasks
  • Cleaning and servicing rooms to hotel standards
  • Maintaining common areas and housekeeping supply rooms
  • Providing customer service and handling guest requests
  • Reporting damages, repairs, and lost and found items
