Job Description
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Comfortable communicating with guests and Housekeeping staff
  • Ability to perform daily tasks and maintain hotel standards
  • High level of customer service
  • Assist guests with requests and questions
  • Report any damages or repairs needed to management
  • Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
