Role OverviewThe Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
What You Will Do
Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards, complete pre-cleaning duties, remove trash and dirty linen, keep hallways and public areas clean, restock housekeeping cart, replenish chemical bottles, report missing items and maintenance repairs, handle 'Lost and Found' items, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field, be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, stand during entire shift, and effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
