Role OverviewThe Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
What You Will Do
Greeting guests, maintaining a healthy and safe environment, changing bed linen, replacing towels, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, emptying trash, cleaning public areas, reporting technical issues, and updating status of guest rooms.

Experience in customer service, hospitality industry, and cleaning in a customer-focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant preferred
- Experience cleaning in a customer-focused environment
- Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
