Job Description
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
  • Providing high level of customer service at all times
  • Assisting guests with requests and questions as necessary
  • Reporting any damages or repairs needed to management
  • Reporting all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
