Job Description
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning and servicing guest rooms and common areas, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Housekeeping staff
  • Teamwork and ability to perform daily tasks
  • Cleaning and servicing rooms to hotel standards
  • Maintaining common areas and performing laundry duties
  • Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
  • Providing high-level customer service and assisting guests with requests
  • Reporting damages, repairs, lost and found items, and maintenance needs
