Requirements

• Inspect guest rooms and suites after housekeeping services are completed.
• Ensure all rooms meet Hampton Inn & Suites and Hilton brand cleanliness standards.
• Verify that linens, amenities, and supplies are properly stocked and arranged.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and room deficiencies.
• Communicate inspection findings to housekeeping staff and management.
• Conduct re-inspections to ensure corrective actions have been completed.
• Assist in training and coaching housekeeping team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
• Maintain inspection records and communicate daily room status updates.
• Support the housekeeping department in achieving guest satisfaction goals.
