Role Overview

The Room Inspector/Trainer is responsible for the total and thorough cleaning of Lodge guest rooms, hallways, stairwells, and storage rooms. They will also train new staff, re-train existing staff, and perform room inspections. The Room Inspector/Trainer may be assigned to projects and may help in other areas or on other shifts when needed.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Room Inspector/Trainer include cleaning and inspecting guest rooms, training staff, and performing other duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for maintaining Title 31 Compliance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be a successful Room Inspector/Trainer, you will need to have experience as a room attendant level III or supervisor, be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace, and have the physical stamina for constant movement and lifting. You will also need to have normal vision and hearing.

Requirements

  • Must be age 21 or older
  • Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace
  • Experience as a room attendant level III or supervisor required
  • Physical stamina for constant movement and lifting
  • Normal vision (or corrected to normal)
  • Normal hearing
