As a Room Service Server, you'll create extraordinary guest experiences by swiftly answering calls, taking and delivering orders with precision, and ensuring every step—from the expo line to the guest room—radiates efficiency and excellence.
What You Will Do
Master all menu items, handle In-Room Dining phone calls, take restaurant reservation phone calls, expedite food from the kitchen, deliver orders, and perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least one year of fine dining or room service experience
- Basic knowledge of food service and delivery standards
- Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate
- Strong memory for menu details
- Ability to lift and transport trays up to 40 lbs.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and motivation
- Effective communication skills
- English fluency
