Role OverviewRoom Service Runners present guest food and beverage preferences to temperature in a timely manner, engage in casual conversation, and enhance the experience with their style and service attributes. Other duties include general in-room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, delivery of amenities and special requests, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position involves a lot of walking, both indoors and outdoors, throughout the shift.
