Job Description
Room Service Server responsible for maintaining resort service standards, prioritizing tasks, and communicating with guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain and adhere to all resort service standards and expectations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and have a keen eye for detail
  • Working and communicating as part of a cohesive team
  • POS – point of sales – knowledge
  • Basic computer (pc) knowledge and usage
  • Obtain and maintain a RAMP certificate through the state of PA
  • Maintain and care for department assets
  • Adhere to SOS – sequence of service – for an in-room dining experience
  • Stay up to date on menu knowledge and allergy awareness
  • Assists with guest requests from guest profiles in our RMS – sevenrooms/Host
