Role OverviewServe food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Responsible for delivering Mobil dining orders to guests and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Deliver orders to guests, provide customer service, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Perform tasks such as receiving orders, preparing delivery bags, and handling payment transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift trays of food and push/pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to describe all menu items, prices, and methods of preparation.
- Ability to use suggestive selling techniques to encourage guests to choose items that are house specialties.
