Rooms Controller

At One&Only Moonlight Basin, the Rooms Controller coordinates room assignments and Front Office operations to ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience. This role assigns accommodations based on guest preferences, requests, reservations, and operational requirements while monitoring arrivals, departures, room status, and inventory.

What You Will Do

Manage room assignments for individual and group arrivals, coordinate group rooming lists and VIP accommodations, monitor arrivals and departures, communicate guest preferences using Opera and Alice, partner with Housekeeping and Facilities on room readiness, support Front Office operations including check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest service and recovery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reservations, or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera, Alice, and other hospitality applications
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and guest-service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
• Highly proactive, service-oriented, and responsive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
