Job Description
The Villa Rooms Manager in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the Villa Resort Rooms Division through comprehensive, hands-on experience across multiple departments. This immersive program provides exposure to areas in villa operations; including Housekeeping, Front Desk & Bellstand/Transportation, to build well-rounded managers capable of supporting both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Previous hospitality or property management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to exceptional guest service
