We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Rooms Manager to join our team at the Battle House Hotel and Spa. As a strategic business leader, you will oversee the hotel's Rooms Operations, managing the Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments. This role requires a collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
