Job Description
At Spruce Peak, we're seeking a highly motivated Rooms Manager to lead a team of hospitality professionals and provide world-class service to guests. The Rooms Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Bell/Valet Services, and Concierge, and respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Short and long-term planning and management of the hotel's Front Office operations
  • Developing and recommending budgets, labor cost plans, and objectives
  • Maintaining guest room inventory
  • Coaching and counseling employees on Spruce Peak Service Standards and Procedures
  • Ensuring all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
  • Maintaining excellent communication with the housekeeping department
  • Analyzing, investigating, and resolving guest complaints
  • Ensuring proper staffing levels for customer service goals
