Job Description
At Spruce Peak, we're seeking a highly motivated Rooms Manager to lead a team of hospitality professionals and provide world-class service to guests. The Rooms Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Bell/Valet Services, and Concierge, and respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner.
Requirements
Short and long-term planning and management of the hotel's Front Office operations
Developing and recommending budgets, labor cost plans, and objectives
Maintaining guest room inventory
Coaching and counseling employees on Spruce Peak Service Standards and Procedures
Ensuring all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
Maintaining excellent communication with the housekeeping department
Analyzing, investigating, and resolving guest complaints
Ensuring proper staffing levels for customer service goals
