Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Rooms Manager to join our team at Spruce Peak! The Rooms Manager will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals and ensuring world-class service is provided to all guests.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience in high-volume & luxury establishments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management discipline
  • Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Operate effectively in stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt to changing guest and business needs
