WinnCompanies is searching for a Rotating Property Manager to support multiple affordable housing properties in Fresno, CA. The role involves providing support alongside an existing property manager or as a short-term coverage for a property manager vacancy, managing and maintaining the apartment community, and complying with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory / managerial experience
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
  • Knowledge of Property Management
  • Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws
