Role OverviewWe are seeking Rotomold Operators to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of Douglas Dynamics.
What You Will Do
Set up and operate rotational molding equipment according to production specifications. Load and unload molds, ensuring correct placement of resin, inserts, and components. Monitor molding cycles, machine settings, and product quality throughout production.

Requirements
- Ability to perform basic math
- Computer literacy
- Ability to stand, walk, reach above shoulders and outward.
- Ability to bend, squat and crawl.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
