Role OverviewThe Rough Plumbing Crew Member supports the installation of plumbing systems within modular home units during the rough construction phase. Working independently or as part of a production team, this role assists in routing pipes through wall cavities to establish water supply, drain, and vent systems. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to plumbing codes, and the ability to identify and address plumbing or safety concerns during installation.
What You Will Do
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately mark and lay out plumbing paths through wall cavities, route water supply lines, drain lines, and vent stacks in accordance with plumbing codes and specifications, and connect plumbing systems to main water supply valves.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, floor plans, schematics, and work orders
- Proficiency using manual and power tools safely and correctly
- Knowledge of state plumbing codes
- Ability to solder copper piping
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to perform overhead work for extended periods
