Role OverviewThis position is responsible for supervising and supporting Rounds/Refrigeration operations, including the maintenance and reliable operation of refrigeration systems, ammonia compressors, boilers, air compressors, hot water systems, and other refrigeration and utility equipment.
What You Will Do
Provide daily supervision and direction to the Roundsman crew, monitor refrigeration and utility equipment, prioritize and schedule Roundsman work, and ensure refrigeration and utility repairs are completed safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 6+ years of maintenance experience, including supervisory experience, with a background in industrial refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration systems, utilities, or Rounds/Refrigeration operations
- Standard computer skills required; ability to use computerized maintenance systems for work orders and maintenance-related documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate safety, PSM, refrigeration, maintenance, and operational requirements to team members
- Knowledge and experience with industrial refrigeration systems, ammonia compressors, boilers, air compressors, hot water systems, carcass cooler refrigeration systems, and related utility equipment
- Working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), refrigeration safety requirements, equipment monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting preferred
