Role OverviewThe Area Assistant or Route Delivery Driver will build solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements. PWL operates in a very competitive environment and successful Account Managers must be able to balance exceptional customer service with meeting and exceeding individual sales growth goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include safely operating a company truck, verifying daily preventative maintenance, loading/unloading product, reviewing invoices, verifying truck inventory, and explaining services and policies to customers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires 'knock your socks off' service, ability to travel between districts, and interact with customers in the Convenience store Industry. Overnight travel is required with this position.
Requirements
- Legal Age: 21 years old
- Education or Equivalent Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record
- Must be able to obtain D.O.T card with one-year certification
- Must obtain/maintain Class B CDL within first six months of employment, with help from company
