Role OverviewThe Route Floater is a day shift position working Monday through Friday. The role involves driving a company vehicle to transport products and food to client locations, delivering and loading products, and communicating positively with customers. The position requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT Physical. The Route Floater must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Route Floater include ensuring the company vehicle is properly loaded, driving to transport products, delivering and loading products, and collecting unsold and stale merchandise. The Route Floater must also communicate positively with customers, perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines, and manage the care of the company vehicle.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
- Ability to pass the DOT Physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
