Role OverviewAVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Route Floater, Full-time, in Mentor, OH. This position has an early morning start time at 5am, Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturday morning work.
What You Will Do
Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations, drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations, fill in for Service Routes or Delivery Routes as needed, and perform other duties.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
- Ability to pass the DOT Physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members
- Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
