Requirements

  • Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and expand sales
  • Stock, rotate, and remove out of date, damaged, or unsellable product
  • Maintain a clean and fully stocked display area for each customer
  • Pick up all empty milk crates
  • Resolve discrepancies and minor customer issues, alerting management when necessary
  • Use a handheld computer to order products, calculate sales and track inventory daily
  • Comply with DOT regulations and company policy including required pre and post trip inspections, completing required paperwork daily
  • Maintain assigned truck in a neat and clean condition including inside cab and refrigerated box
