Job Description
The Route Sales Representative is responsible for providing great service to customers by ensuring they are in-stock and serviced as scheduled, selling and delivering coffee, tea, and related products, and growing assigned route sales by securing new customers and retaining existing ones.

Requirements

  • Achieve assigned revenue plan for the route
  • Ensure all customers receive delivery and service as required
  • Target a minimum of 1 prospective call per day and securing a minimum of two new qualifying accounts per quarter
  • Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products on each call
  • Ensure equipment is clean and in working order
  • Execute the 'The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell' call process
  • Resolve and/or escalate customer issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily
  • Retain existing customers on the route through great service and building customer trust
